On December 19th, we held our end of year team retreat in Annapolis, MD!
The retreat was a fantastic opportunity for our team to collectively brainstorm our OpenAQ community values, strategic plan for 2020, monthly planning, and organizational fundraising strategy.
Specifically, we discussed our next steps regarding some exciting upcoming opportunities including:
- Low-cost sensor pilot project
- Community impact stories
- Community-wide survey
- Air quality averaging tools
- Air quality visualization tools
- Broadening partnerships
In addition to spending time on strategic planning, we had a chance to meet some of our advisory board members and dear supporters/friends in our OpenAQ community. We are excited to continue building our virtual OpenAQ team based in Washington, D.C., New York, and Bay Area, CA!
